Sanket is currently working with leading Investment Bank’s Centralized Global Finance Transformation and Systems team which is at the forefront of transforming finance business processes by leveraging finance and IT infrastructure such as ERP, EPM, RPA, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, e-banking, in-house IT applications and other key strategic systems and tools within organization.
Sanket’s role as an Associate Director and Senior Finance Solutions Manager focuses on the management of FTS Projects, Change Management, Stakeholders Management within Finance. This role also entails effective Design, Development and Deployment of innovative finance system solutions tailored to dynamic finance business process requirements, along with extensive BAU support to global finance teams. His commitment lies in regular assessment of existing finance business processes, identify the area of improvements and design a robust solutions by leveraging finance systems and act as a finance spokesperson to deal with stakeholders during finance solutions development, deployment and support.
With a strong knowledge foundation in the area of finance R2R, P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets Life-cycle, Treasury, Bank Account Management (eBAM Systems), e-banking and Capital Market processes along with extensive experience in finance systems administration, business analysis and project management, Sanket’s achievements in finance process automation and system enhancements have been pivotal in advancing the finance business process infrastructure and capabilities within the organizations.
